Jake's Senior Thesis

Jake’s senior thesis was a conveyor belt contraption made of yellow and pink sponges. There were two main bodies. One on the left looked like a large pink peep the size of a fridge. The right one was smaller and mini fridge size. Most of the material was sponge or pool noodle foam. The colors were yellow and pink and a little green. Cleaning sponge colors. The conveyor belt carried little plastic figurines through a car wash labyrinth of soap and scrub daddies in and around the center of the bodies. Jake said that one is meant to represent the United States and the other is meant to represent Tel Aviv. The figurines are meant to represent trafficked children. Jake said it was such a waste of time. The Anderson was actually just a gymnasium and some of the galleries were just the Anderson woman’s fully furnished bedroom and bath. ***** was there of course.
